About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a broad hands-on role managing financial reporting, compliance, payroll oversight, and daily finance operations. You will also lead a small team including an Assistant Accountant and Payroll Officer. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of monthly financial reporting including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reconciliations Partner with external accountants and auditors to ensure smooth compliance and reporting outcomes Review and analyse rental income statements for accuracy and performance insights Drive claims and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data within Jobpac Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve finance systems Lead, mentor, and inspire a small finance team to perform at their best About You Degree in Accounting or related discipline CA or CPA qualified (or currently studying) Previous experience as a Financial Accountant, with construction industry experience highly regarded Jobpac experience highly regarded Apply Now Excellent opportunity to join a respected business in a key finance role with long-term career growth.
